Testimonials

“I have had the privilege to be coached by Lynzie. She is a competent coach who has allowed and created the space for me to share my goals and my thoughts and has done this in a supportive and nonjudgmental manner. She is up to par and applies the ICF requirements and competencies which means that I have felt understood, safe, challenged and supported. As a result, I have made a lot of progress in achieving my goals and I have recently made decisions that align with my values in my career, and she has been an ally. I am truly thankful for the support and the space that Lynzie has given me, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking to move forward with their goals.”

I have had the pleasure of working with Lynzie as my coach for the past three months, and I must say she is exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better coach. Thanks to our sessions together, I have been able to achieve and maintain a remarkable work-life balance. I highly recommend Lynzie for anyone seeking a skilled and effective coach.

Lynzie's coaching sessions are so worth connecting to from across the world. I am based in Australia and time differences has not got in the way of my regular sessions with her. I love the way in which Lynzie helps create a space in which I feel so comfortable to share, express and really work towards my focus areas, goals and things that may be getting in the way of my 'living large' ways. She takes the complicated jargon of life and keeps things simple, super on point and I always walk out of our sessions feeling lighter, brighter and more connected to my next steps. Highly recommend.

FAQs

  • ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

  • Frequency is up to the client. Best results are seen when sessions are either weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Coaching is not therapy. Therapy involves events in the past that stop a person from moving forward. If we would see that in our client, we would refer them to a therapist.

  • Yes! What happens in the session, stays in the session. The only exception is if a client would mention harming themselves or someone else.
